Kali (pictured above at four months on the left and almost 18 months on the right) is the puppy we kept from our first litter here at Kalwa.  She can be frequently demanding of attention and likes to bug people until she gets it, leading her to be affectionately known as Kali-Bug, Bugaboo, or just Bug. She's smart, affectionate, and extremely mischievous.  She is named after the Hindu goddess of destruction (a name which is entirely too appropriate), and has certainly done her share of destroying in her life so far.  Kali has done very well in the conformation ring where she finished her championship in June 2007.  Along the way to her championship, Kali earned a specialty BOW, several BOB wins and a group placement. Kali's next adventure will be motherhood.   Kali has OFA good hips and normal elbows, was CERFed clear in April 2007, and her PRA DNA status is carrier (for more info about PRA and the newly-available DNA test in Springers, visit the ESSFTA PRA information page.)  Kali was bred in January, 2008 and her first litter was born 3/21/08.  To see the puppies, visit their page here.
